trait_exists — 检查指定的 trait 是否存在

待检查的 trait 的名称

如果尚未加载，是否使用自动加载（autoload）。
返回值
如果 trait 存在返回 TRUE，不存在则返回 FALSE。发生错误的时候返回 NULL。
